Eva Gruber is a Habit Coach and Mental Fitness Expert. Only 1 out of 5 within your team or family is using its actual (mental) potential, e.g. in stressful meetings or a dispute. This prevents us from feeling happier and well, having healthier relationships, and being more productive especially in peak-times of fear, stress, anger, or insecurity.
In this training session, participants will discover answers to:
- Why do we respond 4x negatively in a crisis before we act 1x positively?
- Why do I have this critical inner voice telling me what to do, and in the end it's still “not good, fast or smart enough”?
- How can we detect Mental Self-Sabotage in every day work and e.g. leadership?
- What are Mental Saboteurs, such as the Hyper-Achiever, Restless, or Controller in us? Which ones dominate me?
- How do negative thoughts affect my aspirations and needs related to well being, relationships and peak-performance?
- How can I train 3 brain muscles with a 15-minutes daily practice to respond or act more positively?
- How can I easily start a new habit to increase my Mental Fitness?

Doing so, this training session prepares you or your team to face fear, stress, or any crisis as an opportunity rather than a problem. Experience includes: - 120 minutes live-training including Q&A via Zoom
- Email-guided, anonymous preparation for each participant to establish the foundation of the course
- Email-guided follow up exercise for each participant enabling an individual clarification question
