Ferdi is the Founder of Corner Capital and shares overall leadership in the firm. He is an accomplished investor with over 15 years of relevant experience working with founder/owner operated SME businesses. Ferdi is involved in all investment activities, including the sourcing and closing of portfolio company investments. He serves on the board of directors of numerous companies and brings experience evaluating and implementing organic expansion opportunities and acquisition-driven growth initiatives.

Prior to Corner Capital, Ferdi spent 15+ years in senior roles across Private Equity, Structured Finance and Asset Management.

More recently at Banks Group his role has been Partner – Private Equity, Corporate Finance and Strategy and consultant to the Banks Group to the board. He has an excellent working knowledge of FMCG, Agriculture and Manufacturing sectors. He has very deep relationships nationally with Accountants and Advisers that provide strategic guidance to growing SME’s – these relationships have been developed over the last 15 years. At Banks Group recently he has advised the Board of a highly successful Branded Premium Food Manufacturer/Distributor on its sale, EV expected to be $A150-200 million. 

He commenced a Bachelor of Engineering at Monash University (Clayton) in 1996 and graduated with a Bachelor of Business in Business Administration from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University in 2003.
