Transfer Pricing in Russia
Tell a Friend About This EventTell a Friend

Accounting in Russia is, at first sight, similar to accounting in other countries. However, at a closer look there are many factors that actually differ significantly from what you would expect in many other countries. For instance, the prevailing concept is form over substance; documents play an immense role. Furthermore, traditionally accounting records would be kept solely to satisfy tax authorities, rather than using it as an internal controls measure.

3.  Oct 14 - Transfer pricing in Russia - overview/experience, transfer pricing - court practice

For some years, Russian has gathered experience with transfer pricing practice, moving from a simple +/-20% system to international principles of transfer pricing. Russia has joined BEPS initiatives and automatic international exchange of information. In practice, there are certain issues with the set-up of meaningful transfer pricing documentations and some court practice is available by now.

This short webinar will give you a short introduction of transfer pricing notifications, documentations, CbC and some court practice in the  area.

The session will be recorded.
